We want you to love your Fresh Slate purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@freshslate.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: facial cleansing brushes, grooming tools, and other personal care devices.
